Our team is looking for an innovative, team-oriented problem solver who loves helping others and is excited by career growth. You will be responsible for installing new/replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.
Responsibilities
The job duties below include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the installation of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems.
- Inspect job sites, review project plans, and ensure materials and equipment are prepared before installation
- Train, guide and supervise install helpers, delegating tasks and ensuring proper workmanship
- Communicate with customers regarding installation progress, system operation, and maintenance requirements
- Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning to verify correct operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, materials used, and project notes
- Collaborate with office staff, estimators, and project managers for scheduling and workflow
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe and organized
- 3-5 years of HVAC Installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical components, and airflow principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- $60k- $150K (Hourly)
