As an HVAC Install Helper you will be required to assist experience HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This entry-level role involves a variety of tasks, including assembling materials, transporting tools, and ensuing work areas are clean and safe. Helpers also learn about HVAC systems, safety procedures, and industry standards while working under the guidance of more experienced technicians.
Responsibilities
The job duties below include, but are not limited to:
- Willingness to learn HVAC installation and work under a lead installer
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to work in outdoor and varying weather conditions
- Maintain tools, company vehicles, and equipment in proper working conditions
- Follow safety procedures and comply with all company, local, and state codes
- Deliver excellent customer service and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working conditions
- High School Diploma or technical training preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoor spaces)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship. The Company participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
- $20-$25 (hourly)
